Marco Rubio Urges Europe to Save Itself - Follow Trump's Lead

Marco Rubio Urges Europe to Save Itself with a High-Tech, Low-Migration Strategy

“We want allies who are proud of their culture … and able to defend it,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio told a meeting of European politicians, generals, media, and influencers in Germany

Rubio urged Europe’s elites to adopt a low-migration, high-tech policy that protects citizens’ valuable culture, promotes productivity and innovation, and expands wealth-creating trade with developing countries in Asia and Africa.

His speech matched Trump’s January speech to Davos leaders and Vice President JD Vance’s November comments to a TV interviewer.

Armies do not fight for abstractions [such as diversity or human rights]. Armies fight for a people; armies fight for a nation. Armies fight for a way of life. And that is what we are defending: a great civilization that has every reason to be proud of its history, confident of its future, and aims to always be the master of its own economic and political destiny.

Mass migration “is transforming and destabilizing societies all across the West,” Rubio said, adding that European elites are betraying European citizens

Republican Torches Democrats Over Issue Own Voters Overwhelmingly Back

Tennessee Sen. Bill Hagerty suggested on Sunday that Democrats’ fight against federal voter ID law is related to the millions of illegal aliens who entered the country under former President Joe Biden.

Hagerty appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to talk about Republicans’ efforts to pass the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to enshrine voter ID into federal law.

“The American public are broadly in support of showing voter ID. It’s a north of 80% issue for the American public. You’ve got to ask yourself, who are the Democrats in the Senate representing? Over 70% of Democrats want this, yet we won’t have a single Democrat that will support it. Why is that?” said Hagerty.

The Tennessee Republican pointed to the Democratic push to pass HR-1, a federal overhaul of election law, in the first half of the Biden presidency. Under HR-1, the law would have created a workaround for people to avoid voter ID requirements in the dozens of states that have such laws.

Democrats “tried to come in and change to do away with voter ID across the nation, to enlist 16-year-olds to vote, felons to vote, using taxpayer dollars to support campaigns and, frankly, to pay their own candidates,” said Hagerty.

Voter ID requirements are an easy step to take to secure elections that do not unduly burden voters, and a federal law does not affect states’ constitutional duties to set the time, manner, and place of elections, Hagerty said.

The Tennessee Republican then suggested that Democratic resistance to a national voter ID requirement is part of a strategy to bolster Democrats’ chances of winning elections through illegal voting.

“It seems like it should be a no-brainer, but the reason that it’s not is because the Democrats under the Biden administration flooded this country with tens of millions of illegal aliens,” said Hagerty. “They want chaos in the elections. They want no voter ID. And so you’ve got to really ask yourselves, who do they represent and why are they trying to do this?”

Inside Trump’s $5 Billion Gaza Move That Could Shape Middle East’s Next Chapter

President Donald Trump announced Sunday that member states of his newly-formed Board of Peace have pledged more than $5 billion toward humanitarian and reconstruction efforts in Gaza.

Trump said the commitment will be formally unveiled on Thursday, February 19, at the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C. In addition to financial pledges, Trump said participating nations have committed thousands of personnel to both an International Stabilization Force and to local police units to maintain security and peace for Gazans.

“On February 19th, 2026, I will again be joined by Board of Peace Members at the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C., where we will announce that Member States have pledged more than $5 billion toward the Gaza Humanitarian and Reconstruction efforts,” said President Trump.

Trump outlined what he described as the board’s early achievements.

“The Board of Peace has unlimited potential. Last October, I released a Plan for the permanent end to the Conflict in Gaza, and our Vision was unanimously adopted by the United Nations Security Council. Shortly thereafter, we facilitated Humanitarian Aid at record speed, and secured the release of every living and deceased Hostage. Just last month, two dozen distinguished Founding Members joined me in Davos, Switzerland, to celebrate its official formation, and present a bold Vision for the Civilians in Gaza, and then, ultimately, far beyond Gaza—world peace.”

Trump ratified the board’s charter during a ceremony at the World Economic Forum in Davos; the organization, he says, is designed to bring long-term peace and economic prosperity to Gaza, which has had an economy largely supported by aid. “85% of the GDP of Gaza has been aid for a long time,” said Senior Board Official and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner. “That’s not sustainable. It doesn’t give these people dignity; it doesn’t give them hope.”

Kamala Harris Polling Average Leads in 2028 Democrat Primary Presidential Polls

According to the Race to the White House website, Harris has a 27.5 percent national polling average, while California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has a 22.7 percent national polling average.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has a nine percent national polling average, while former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has an 8.7 percent national polling average.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) received a 4.9 percent national polling average, while Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) received a 3.4 percent national polling average.

While Harris is leading early polling of the primary, Kalshi’s betting odds market favors Newsom, giving him a 32 percent chance of victory. Ocasio-Cortez follows at 9 percent. Harris, Ossoff and Shapiro all have a 7 percent chance of becoming the party’s nominee.

A poll from Focaldata, conducted on February 10 of 1,148 people, found that Harris received support from 39 percent of respondents, while Newsom received 21 percent. Ocasio-Cortez received ten percent of support, while Buttigieg and Shapiro both received seven percent of support.

Please let it be Kamala again.

Judge Boasberg Orders Trump Admin to Return Illegal Aliens Deported to El Salvador

An Obama-appointed judge ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return to the United States of deported illegal aliens suspected of being members of the Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang.

In a decision on U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Chief Judge James Boasberg stated that the Trump administration needed to “remedy the wrong that it perpetrated” by deporting hundreds of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador, according to Politico.

While Boasberg instructed the Trump administration to “pay for airfare and provide documents to facilitate travel” for those who were deported, he explained that the migrants would “be taken into custody upon arrival.”

“It is up to the Government to remedy the wrong that it perpetrated here and to provide a means for doing so,” Boasberg said. “Were it otherwise, the Government could simply remove people from the United States without providing any process and then, once they were in a foreign country, deny them any right to return for a hearing or opportunity to present their case from abroad.”

ICE ‘Detention Reengineering’ Plan Will Expand Capacity, Speed Deportation of Criminal Aliens

An internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement memo proposes a sweeping “detention reengineering” initiative aimed at fixing the system’s most chronic failures overcrowded facilities, slow transfers, and deportation backlogs that allow criminal aliens to cycle repeatedly through American communities.

The proposal, backed by frontline ICE personnel and major law enforcement groups, would expand detention capacity, streamline processing, and accelerate removals of offenders who currently linger in local jails for weeks or walk free due to lack of space.

The goal of the initiative is to expand detention capacity to 92,000 beds. Officials say that as the 12,000 new ICE enforcement officers come online, the number of people detained will increase. This will require a massive reengineering of the agency’s detention capabilities.

The memo states:

The objective of this contract is to secure comprehensive services for the design, renovation, and operation of ICE-owned permanent structures, transforming them into processing and detention facilities exclusively for ICE. These facilities will ensure the safe and humane civil detention of aliens in ICE custody, while helping ICE effectuate mass deportations. The facilities will also incorporate a standardized layout and new features for both illegal alien detainees and the ICE/contractor staff that work at these sites. Facilities will be built to handle the immediate surge capacity and sustained longterm operations, providing a unified, scalable solution that delivers continuity, safety, compliance, and control – built to scale, and committed to supporting our mission.

The program includes plans for:

Regional Processing Centers housing an average daily population of 1,000 to 1,500 detainees for average stays of 3–7 days. These will serve as staging locations for transfers or removals.

Large-Scale Detention Facilities are capable of securely and humanely housing 7,000 to 10,000 detainees for periods averaging less than 60 days. These sites will serve as the primary locations for international removals.

The new facilities will comply with all “existing detention standards” and will increase efficiency and reduce detention costs, officials state.
