IRAN: AMERICA STRIKES BACK ZERO TOLERANCE IN EFFECT

After a month-long lull in fighting, US forces struck Iranian rocket launchers on the Strait of Hormuz yesterday the first military action in 30 days after Iran resumed attacking commercial shipping.

VP Vance was direct and clear this morning: “You guys are shooting at commercial shipping. You guys are behaving like a terrorist country. You’ve got to stop but there are going to be some consequences.”

Vance confirmed the US has “a lot of tools at our disposal” to prevent or reduce Iranian attacks. Iran got the message once. They’re getting it again. The zero tolerance policy is not a slogan it’s a promise that gets kept every single time Iran tests it.

Congress is back from its five-week summer recess today and the top priority is avoiding a government shutdown before the midterm elections on November 3rd.
