Trump Admin Shuts Down Sham Charities Caught Bankrolling Hamas

Trump Nukes Oil Price Critics, Puts Real Stakes In Perspective

Trump said that destroying Iran’s nuclear weapons capabilities was worth the price of increasing oil prices.

Trump made the comments after the price of global benchmark Brent crude oil surpassed $100 per barrel for the second time this week on Thursday morning. The president said increasing prices would generate more revenue for the United States.

“The United States is the largest Oil Producer in the World, by far, so when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “BUT, of far greater interest and importance to me, as President, is [stopping] an evil Empire, Iran, from having Nuclear Weapons, and destroying the Middle East and, indeed, the World. I won’t ever let that happen!”

Trump Gives Update on Iran: ‘Way Ahead of Schedule’

President Donald Trump said Operation Epic Fury in Iran is “way ahead of schedule”

We did a little excursion. We had to take these little couple of weeks… But it’s been incredible. Our military is unbelievable, the job they’re doing. I would say to put it mildly, way ahead of schedule. We’ve knocked out their navy, their military in all forms. We’ve knocked out just about everything there is, including their leadership twice.

“Well, it’s both… An excursion will keep us out of a war, and the war is going to be – for them it’s a war. For us it’s turned out to be easier than we thought,” Trump said when Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked if it was a war or an excursion.

Dems vote to keep DHS closed despite airport chaos, Iranian sleeper cell threat

Senate Republicans are accusing Senate Democrats of trying to rip apart the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) piece by piece after again blocking a bid to reopen the agency.

Little has changed in the stalemate over the last 27 days of the partial shutdown, and communication breakdowns are dominating what could be opportunities for negotiations.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and his caucus are still demanding stringent reforms to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, while Senate Republicans are dug in against their top demands.

Trump-backed affordable housing overhaul clears Senate, while House GOP raises red flags

A massive bipartisan swell advanced a Trump-backed affordable housing package out of the Senate on Thursday, but its fate in the House is up in the air.

The bill, renamed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act to incorporate a previous Senate housing bill that stalled last year, easily sailed through the upper chamber, given that many lawmakers support the wide-ranging slate of measures designed to increase the supply of affordable housing.

In its original form, the legislation was primarily intended to help first-time homebuyers and lower-income Americans enter the housing market or gain access to more affordable housing options.

Trump warns of Iranian ‘sleeper cells’ as Canada is accused of harboring regime operatives

After President Donald Trump warned recently about Iranian “sleeper cells” potentially operating in North America, Canadian opposition lawmakers are accusing their government of allowing operatives linked to Tehran’s regime to remain in the country.

Trump said Wednesday U.S. authorities were monitoring Iranian networks believed to have entered the United States in recent years.

“I have been (briefed), and a lot of people came in through Biden with his stupid open border,” Trump said in response to a question from Fox News’ Peter Doocy. “But we know where most of them are. We’ve got our eye on all of them.”

In Canada, senior Conservatives say the government has failed to act against Iranian regime officials despite identifying individuals linked to Tehran.

Deputy Conservative leader Melissa Lantsman, immigration shadow minister Michelle Rempel and Pierre Paul-Hus, Conservative Québec lieutenant, called upon the Liberal government, in a statement released in Ottawa, to table a plan within one week to take immediate action to stop Iranian regime activities in Canada.

“The Liberals have known for years that there are hundreds of Iranian regime officials in Canada, 239 of whom have had their visas” canceled, the lawmakers said.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced sanctions on Thursday against four international nonprofit organizations identified as “sham charities” used to bankroll Hamas’s military wing.

The action targets three organizations based in Turkey Ghazi Destek Dernegi (GDD), Hayat Yolu, and Palestinian White Hands as well as the Indonesia-based Komite Nasional Untuk Rakyat Palestina (KNRP). Treasury officials allege these groups pose as humanitarian entities while covertly siphoning donations to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s military apparatus.

According to Treasury investigators, these organizations leverage global networks to generate revenue for terrorist operations. Internal Hamas documents seized by authorities reportedly show that GDD collaborated with previously sanctioned entities to fund construction projects benefiting the group. Similarly, Palestinian White Hands was found to be integrated into the Hamas military security apparatus.
