Trump’s apocalyptic Iran warning raises stakes for sweeping US strike threat
President Donald Trump warned that "a whole civilization will die tonight" as a deadline looms for Iran to agree to U.S. demands, escalating his rhetoric even as last-minute negotiations continue through intermediaries to avert sweeping military strikes.

Mojtaba Khamenei was named Iran’s supreme leader after U.S. strikes killed his father, Ali Khamenei, though his current status and control remain unclear amid conflicting reports.
And Iran has threatened to take action if Trump follows through on his threats.
“Iran will not stand idle in the face of such egregious war crimes,” said Amir-Saeid Iravani, Iran’s permanent representative to the United Nations. “It will exercise without hesitation its inherent right of self-defense, and will take immediate and proportionate reciprocal measures.”
Overnight, the U.S. struck dozens of military sites on Kharg Island including bunkers, radar stations and ammunition storage facilities. The island is Iran’s primary oil export hub, making it one of the regime’s most critical economic assets.
By targeting military sites while avoiding energy infrastructure, the strikes suggest the U.S. is applying pressure while holding Iran’s oil lifeline at risk as a potential next step if the deadline passes without a deal.

Report: Iran’s Missing Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei ‘Unconscious’
The UK Times reported that Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is
“incapacitated and receiving medical treatment in the holy city of Qom.”
The Times report was based on “a diplomatic memo understood to be based on American and Israeli intelligence and shared with Gulf allies.”
The memo said Khamenei is suffering from a “severe condition” and is “unable to be involved in any decision making by the regime.”
Qom is a provincial capital and one of the largest cities in Iran, located about 85 miles south of Tehran. The city has historic and religious significance to the Shia branch of Islam and boasts the largest Shiite madrassa (religious school) in Iran. Qom was the scene of the Iranian Army’s surrender to the Islamic revolution led by the first Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, in 1979.
Qom was hit by U.S.-Israeli airstrikes on Monday, allegedly killing at least five people. According to local officials, the target of the strike was a “residential building.” The diplomatic memo viewed by the Times evidently did not specify exactly where Khamenei is receiving treatment in the city of Qom.
The diplomatic memo viewed by the Times said the Iranian regime is “laying the groundworks needed to build a large mausoleum in Qom” for Ali Khamenei, and possibly other members of his family who were killed in the airstrike. Previous reports by Iranian state media said that Khamenei’s remains would be interred at a Shiite shrine in Mashhad, the city where he was born, and a public ceremony would be held in the capital, Tehran.
President Donald Trump described the elder Khamenei as “one of the most evil people in history” and his son’s resume did not suggest he would be much of an improvement. Mojtaba Khamenei reportedly played a key role in the murderous suppression of the January uprising in Iran – during which the regime callously killed thousands, and possibly tens of thousands, of its own people to stay in power.
Rumors have swirled that the new Supreme Leader was incapacitated or dead ever since he was named, due to injuries sustained in the airstrike that eliminated his father. He has yet to make a public appearance or issue a confirmed statement – all of his pronouncements have been written documents of uncertain origin read on camera by other people.
Khamenei did not even attend the ceremony at which he was formally declared “supreme leader” and his subjects were made to swear fealty to him. The regime made do with posters and paintings of him, and he became known derisively as the “Cardboard Ayatollah,” although images of Iranian officials setting up actual cardboard cutouts of him were revealed to be fake.
Trump: Leak Alerted Iran to Missing Airman, Media Outlet Must ‘Give It Up or Go to Jail’
President Donald Trump said the administration would seek to identify the person who leaked that a second U.S. airman remained missing in Iran during the rescue mission and would tell the media outlet that published the information to reveal the source on national security grounds.
Trump announced the successful recovery shortly after midnight Easter Sunday.
At Monday’s press conference, Trump said officials had deliberately withheld information about the second airman after the first crew member was recovered, but that a leak revealed another American remained alive in Iran. Trump later called the leaker a “sick person.”
“As you probably know, we didn’t talk about the first one for an hour. Then somebody leaked something, which we will hopefully find that leaker,” Trump stated.
“We’re looking very hard to find that leaker,” Trump continued. “We’re going to go to the media company that released it, and we’re going to say, ‘national security, give it up or go to jail.’ When they did that, all of a sudden, the entire country of Iran knew that there was a pilot that was somewhere on their land that was fighting for his life.”
“It also made it much more difficult for the pilots and for the people going in to search for him,” Trump explained. “All of a sudden, they know that there’s somebody out there. They see all these planes coming in. It became a much more difficult operation because a leaker leaked that we have one. We’ve rescued one, but there’s another one out there that we’re trying to get.”
Trump also noted Iran issued what he described as a major notice offering “a very big award for anybody that captures the pilot.”
Newsom’s Wife Wants Legislation to Stop Boys from Becoming Right-Wing
Of course, “a force for good” will be Gavin and Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s definition of “good,” which means that queering and transing kids is a virtue while conservative beliefs become illegal.
California’s obnoxious and authoritarian “first partner” assured the assembled group that she was only referring to Andrew Tate, but we all know how this works, where it all leads, and that the slippery slope is a very real thing when it comes to Democrats. For example, in 2008, Barack Obama said he opposed same-sex marriage. A mere 12 years later, Democrats were already permanently sterilizing and mutilating kids, hosting drag queen story hours at public libraries, and filling elementary schools with gay porn.
Anyone who thinks the Gruesome Newsoms will stop at censoring Andrew Tate is either an idiot or a liar. But if you listen closely, she’s already admitting this legislation will go waaaaay beyond Tate, which would be bad enough. I’m no Andrew Tate fan, but I dislike censorship even more.
“Boys, we all know … are moving away from the more progressive Boys [who] have spent time online are moving a little bit I’m trying not to be political here but are moving to the right and are being sort of influenced by the Andrew Tates and some of that sort of alt-right socialization online that we know is very, very dangerous. My husband and I were alarmed when our kids were watching sports online. My son knew about Andrew Tate, thought he was pretty cool… We were one of the most progressive households and our son is confused and asking all these questions.”
Then comes the government-mandated reeducation, which she is already admitting will not really be about Andrew Tate, but about the danger of “limiting narratives around what it means to be a girl, what it means to be a boy.”
An Illegal Immigrant Sexually Assaulted A Teen Girl. Now His Lawyer Thinks He’s Served Enough Time.
An illegal immigrant with a rap sheet is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at a Kentucky church while serving as her pastor
Mexican illegal immigrant Jose Lopez-Hernandez, 52, snuck across the border at an unknown time before he landed in Covington, Kentucky, where he became a pastor, using “his position” “to lure” the young girl, the Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday.
Lopez-Hernandez was ordered last month to spend two years in prison for his crimes, but his attorney said his 862 days of time served credit covers his sentence, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Authorities first learned of Lopez-Hernandez in September 2023 after receiving a report of sexual abuse at the Ministerio Jesus Liberta Church on East Ninth Street, the local news outlet reported. Lopez-Hernandez asked the then-14-year-old and her cousin to come to his office when they were attending her church with family on a Sunday.
The Mexican national eventually told the girl’s cousin to leave the office and asked the 14-year-old to stay with him, according to the report. The pastor then locked the door and began kissing and touching the girl.
She eventually pushed his hands away, leaving the office to tell her dad. The girl had a bruise on her neck that was consistent with “aggressive kissing,” witnesses told police
The illegal immigrant then fled to the sanctuary state of California for a mission trip, skipping his return flight, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Covington Police learned that he didn’t plan to return and notified the FBI, the outlet reported.
