“The National Academy of Sciences has historically published analytical Scientific Manuals expressly for our Federal Judiciary,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “Of course, the Academy has been run by Radical Left Dumocrats who, it turns out, published fraudulent, biased, and misleading Manuals on Climate Change. These bogus Manuals were used by Judges to decide massive ‘Climate Change’ Cases, and have created huge losses across our Country.”

In recent months, the National Academy of Sciences has frequently faced criticism from Republican officials who argue it is pushing biased science. The claims stem from a report released earlier this month on “attribution science,” or the argument that human activity can directly impact frequency and severity of extreme weather. Additionally, its recent “Reference Manual on Scientific Evidence: Fourth Edition” contains a chapter on climate science authored in part by two leftist activists who have advocated ending the use of fossil fuels.

Trump Admin Secures $1B In UN Cuts As Reform Push Intensifies

The Trump administration is highlighting more than $1 billion in United Nations budget cuts over the past six months as part of its ongoing push to reform the international organization.

On June 30, all 193 U.N. member states approved a peacekeeping budget of approximately $5.1 billion for the coming fiscal year. That figure represents a cut of about $550 million, or 9.7 percent, from the previous year

Combined with a 15 percent reduction to the U.N.’s regular budget approved in December, U.S. officials say the agreements total more than $1 billion in savings on assessed budgets.

The administration has made U.N. reform a crucial part of its approach, saying the organization has grown overly bureaucratic and inefficient. The latest agreements come as the U.N. prepares for a leadership transition in 2027, with Secretary-General António Guterres scheduled to leave office at the end of his second term.

U.N. spokesman Stéphane Dujarric confirmed the reductions, describing both the peacekeeping budget cut and the 15% regular budget reduction as “unprecedented.”

Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico learned the hard way that his prospective constituents expect him to answer their questions when they take the time to attend his campaign events.

Talarico, who bested Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) to win the Senate primary, struggled to find answers when a woman called him out at a recent event, warning him that he would “suffer the consequences” if he chose not to stay and answer questions from the people in attendance.

“So you stay here! You answer our questions, or you suffer the consequences,” she shouted.

First Photo Of ‘Perfect’ New Vance Baby Shared By Trump

President Donald Trump shared the first photo Monday morning of the new baby boy welcomed by the Vance family.

“Congratulations! A perfect baby boy for the wonderful Vance family,” Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday alongside a photo of two of the older Vance children holding their new baby brother.

“Usha and the baby are happy and healthy, and our kids are overjoyed to meet their little brother,” Vance said. “The incredible military doctors and staff members of Walter Reed Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit have been a blessing. We are deeply thankful for all they have done for our family.”

The Vance’s other kids include Ewan (9), Vivek (6), and Mirabel (4).

No child has been born to a sitting vice president since a son was born in 1870 to Vice President Schuyler Colfax during President Ulysses S. Grant’s administration.

The Vances previously discussed how the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was close to the vice president, influenced their decision to have another child. In the aftermath of Kirk’s death, Erika Kirk told Usha that she had regretted not having more children.

“I think it really heightened JD’s sense that he’d been talking about this for a while, this sense that there was this possibility of having another kid whom he could love as much as the three that we had,” Usha said. “It really did crystallize for [him], that sense that if you could have that other child, then you would have nothing to regret. And if we couldn’t have that other child, then we were very happy with the children that we had. So it was very powerful what she said about her own family and certainly very moving to both of us.”

Firestorm erupts online after Minnesota paper praises Tim Walz’s clemency for child sex offender

Minnesota’s flagship paper came under fire over the weekend after a columnist defended Democrat Gov. Tim Walz reasoning for pardoning an illegal immigrant just before the convicted child rapist was set to be deported.

“The Minnesota Star Tribune is cheering on Tim Walz protecting an illegal alien monster who raped a 10 year old girl. No one should read this depraved rag. They are sick,” said House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., on X.

Minnesota’s Board of Pardons is composed of Walz, state Attorney General Keith Ellison and state Chief Justice Natalie Hudson. They voted on June 10 to grant clemency to Tou Lue Vang, a Laotian national who between 2002 and 2004 repeatedly raped a child. Lue was set to be deported from the United States before the clemency was issued.

In a section of the column called “Cheers to Gov. Tim Walz,” writer Rochelle Olson praised the governor and failed vice presidential candidate for his decision to defend the pardon.

“The governor refused to back down from his vote to pardon a Hmong man convicted of felony sexual assault in 2006. It’s significant that Tou Lue Vang needed only two of three votes from the state Board of Pardons, but he received unanimous support,” the column states.

Olson did not mention that Vang’s rape victim was a minor, or that Vang raped the childseveral times over the period of two years. She did reference a letter from the victim addressed to the pardon board supporting Vang’s clemency.

A spokesperson: “The Minnesota Star Tribune regularly publishes a wide range of opinions across the political spectrum.”

“In this case, our opinion columnist agreed with a unanimous pardon by the Minnesota state board of pardons, including Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison and state Supreme Court Chief Justice Natalie Hudson,” they added.

Trump says Netanyahu ‘will not be arrested’ in US as Mamdani says ICC warrant ‘should be honored’

President Donald Trump declared Monday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu“will not be arrested, in any way, shape, or form” while visiting the United States, a response that comes as New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant against the Israeli leader “should be honored.”

In a Truth Social post, Trump praised Netanyahu for “fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran” and argued that Iranian leaders not the Israeli prime minister are the ones who should face arrest.

“The only ones that should be arrested are the people that led Iran into this unprecedented SPIRAL OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION, something that should have been dealt with years ago, by previous Presidents! “ Trump wrote.
