Trump said: “This is the gunman’s gun, loaded (with two additional full magazines!), and ready to go,” Trump posted to Truth Social, captioning an image of the gun. “What is that all about? Where are the local Police? Why weren’t they allowed to protect ICE Officers? The Mayor and the Governor called them off?”

“It is stated that many of these Police were not allowed to do their job, that ICE had to protect themselves Not an easy thing to do!” the president continued.

Trump then brought up the stunning fraud scandal in Minnesota, where it’s suspected that billions of tax dollars were stolen. The scandal has been tied to the state’s large Somali population.

“Why does Ilhan Omar have $34 Million Dollars in her account?” the president wrote. “And where are the Tens of Billions of Dollars that have been stolen from the once Great State of Minnesota? We are there because of massive Monetary Fraud, with Billions of Dollars missing, and Illegal Criminals that were allowed to infiltrate the State through the Democrats’ Open Border Policy.”

“Instead, these sanctimonious political fools should be looking for the Billions of Dollars that has been stolen from the people of Minnesota, and the United States of America,” Trump said.

“LET OUR ICE PATRIOTS DO THEIR JOB!” he added. “12,000 Illegal Alien Criminals, many of them violent, have been arrested and taken out of Minnesota. If they were still there, you would see something far worse than you are witnessing today!”

Ocasio-Cortez: ICE Shooting Was an ‘Execution’

Ocasio-Cortez said, “There’s a second angle that appears to be circulating much closer to the incident where you see the victim, I believe his name is Alex Pretti and immediately preceding that incident in ICE officer had pushed violently a woman to the ground and he had come over to help get her up. And that is what precipitated this incident. That very quickly led to an execution, a deadly shooting in the street. What we are seeing here is a momentous, pivotal moment for the United States. And I cannot underscore enough how precipitous this moment is.”

She added, “ICE and CBP, what we’re seeing here, we will see, which agencies were responsible but at the end of the day, under this so-called excuse of border security, where Minneapolis is over 300 miles from the United States border, we have an unleashing of federal agents and violence, exerting a tremendous amount of violence and loss of life against the American people who are well within their First Amendment rights. And in this case, it seems as though well within their Second Amendment rights.”

After Running On Affordability, Virginia Dems Push For Nation’s Highest Income Tax

Virginia Democrats have introduced legislation that would significantly raise income and investment taxes, putting the Commonwealth on track to become the highest-taxed state in the nation. These proposals, which include new top tax brackets and higher levies on investment income, would push Virginia’s effective income tax rate above California’s.

Democrats introduced the legislation shortly after consolidating power in Richmond, creating higher income tax brackets and expanding taxes on capital gains and other investment income. If lawmakers enact the bills, the changes would raise Virginia’s top effective income tax rate to roughly 13.8%, surpassing all other states.

Lawmakers backing the measures argue the tax hikes are necessary to fund public priorities and stabilize state finances. Virginia Delegate Kelly Convirs-Fowler (D-VA) said the proposals would require “millionaires [to] pay their fair share of taxes,” arguing the revenue would help “buffer” Virginians from broader economic pressures. Left-wing policy group The Commonwealth Institute, one of the many groups behind this proposed plan, said a “Fair Share tax” could raise more than $1 billion annually for education, housing, and other public services.

Democrats have positioned the tax proposals as part of a broader affordability agenda. Governor Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) has said her administration will prioritize lowering health care, housing, and energy costs. She campaigned on what she called an agenda to build a more “Affordable Virginia.”

Throughout her campaign, Spanberger emphasized cost relief as a central theme. Her campaign promised that an “Affordable Virginia Plan will lower costs, save Virginians money, and make it easier for people who work hard to get ahead.” She later pledged that her administration would “lower health care, energy, and housing costs in 2026.”

Trump Threatens Canada With Massive Tariff After PM Carney Makes Deal With China

President Donald Trump threatened Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney with a steep 100% tariff if he follows through on a recent deal with communist China.

“If Governor Carney thinks he is going to make Canada a ‘Drop Off Port’ for China to send goods and products into the United States, he is sorely mistaken,” the president wrote on Truth Social.

Notably, Trump mockingly referred to the PM as “Governor Carney,” as the president has repeatedly said in the past that he’d like to turn Canada into the 51st state of the U.S. a proposition Carney very much did not like.

Trump is such a troll and hilarious!

“China will eat Canada alive, completely devour it, including the destruction of their businesses, social fabric, and general way of life,” Trump continued. “If Canada makes a deal with China, it will immediately be hit with a 100% Tariff against all Canadian goods and products coming into the U.S.A.”

On Friday, Carney announced a new Canada-China trade deal that partially rolls back tariffs on both sides. Under the agreement, Canada will allow a limited number of Chinese electric vehicles to enter the country at reduced tariffs, while China will significantly cut or pause tariffs on major Canadian agricultural exports like canola, seafood, and peas.

Carney called the deal “historic and productive.”

Trump hails ‘great and very brave’ UK soldiers after slamming NATO allies’ Afghanistan service

President Donald Trump praised the soldiers of the United Kingdom who served alongside the U.S. in Afghanistan on Saturday, clarifying his previous criticism of NATO allies.

Trump had earlier criticized NATO troops who served in Afghanistan, arguing they had stayed “a little bit back” from the frontlines during the conflict. His statement was met with outrage in the U.K., however, where Prime Minister Kier Starmer called it “insulting and frankly, appalling.”

“The GREAT and very BRAVE soldiers of the United Kingdom will always be with the United States of America! In Afghanistan, 457 died, many were badly injured, and they were among the greatest of all warriors,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Dems blasted for trying to ‘deport’ ICE from swing county over ‘blood money’ rent

A swing-district congressman is firing back at officials in his Pennsylvania county who called a news conference Thursday to demand Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) be “evicted” from county buildings while questioning the “legitimacy” of federal law enforcement.

Rep. Ryan Mackenzie, R-Pa., said that Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, officials were wrong to try to boot ICE from office space in the county, where he said federal immigration enforcement already has arrested numerous illegal immigrants convicted of theft and violent crimes, including indecent assault on a minor.

But county Controller Mark Pinsley and newly elected Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, executive Josh Siegel saw it differently after headlining a news conference Thursday to demand ICE leave the area with Siegel referring to the reported rent arrears as “blood money.”

“Politics should never get in the way of allowing law enforcement to do its job. Instead of negotiating in good faith with (Homeland Security Investigations), Mr. Pinsley has chosen to attack an office that I’m sure he knows works to investigate human trafficking and other serious threats,” Mackenzie said

“This dispute isn’t about rent. It’s about far-left politics something that was made clear when the county executive announced that he didn’t want DHS’ ‘blood money’.”
