THE WEEK’S BIGGEST STORY: TRUMP STRIKES IRAN

This was the defining moment of the week and the mainstream media tried to bury it.

On Tuesday September 1st, President Trump announced on Truth Social that the United States was actively striking Iranian targets near the Strait of Hormuz calling the operation “large and powerful” and warning Tehran that any retaliation would trigger an even larger response that would leave “very little” of the Islamic Republic standing.

Iran is now nearing its breaking point with Trump publicly calling on the Iranian people to rise up against their own regime. Trump made clear the US is prepared to strike Iran “anytime we want” and that the operation would not continue for “too long.”

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent dropped a bombshell at the G20 summit:

“In two years the Strait of Hormuz will be a worthless piece of water.” The kinetic strikes, sanctions, and blockade are working together as a crippling trifecta on Iran. Maximum pressure is delivering maximum results exactly as Trump promised.

TRUMP’S PRIMETIME ADDRESS: “FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS”

Trump teased all week a major Thursday primetime address telling reporters it would focus on “free and fair elections” and calling the announcement “really really big news.”

“Without free and fair elections you don’t have a country,” Trump said

The Republican National Convention announced it will hold a first-ever midterm convention in Dallas Texas in September a primetime showcase of Trump’s administration wins contrasted with Democrat extremism. Trump will appear both nights with a keynote address on night two.

TRUMP HOSTS ROSE GARDEN DINNER VOWS 35 CAMPAIGN STOPS

On Wednesday night Trump hosted Republican candidates from 35 competitive races at a White House Rose Garden dinner and made a bold promise to every one of them.

Trump vowed to campaign personally in all 35 competitive races during the final month before November 3rd. “I’m giving 100% support to our Republican candidates,” Trump told the group. “We’re going to win big.”

This is a president who leads from the front. Not from the sidelines. Not from a golf cart. From the Rose Garden making personal commitments to every candidate who needs him. Sixty days to go. Trump is all in.

MICHAEL COHEN RECANTS THE WITCH HUNT COLLAPSES

This is the story of the week that changes everything

Trump’s former fixer and the prosecution’s star witness Michael Cohen has fully recanted key testimony that drove the historic civil and criminal cases against President Trump. Trump announced Friday on Truth Social: “I am pleased to report that Michael Cohen has just fully RECANTED his testimony.”

A federal appeals court is already reviving Trump’s effort to undo his conviction from the Manhattan business records trial. The witch hunt that consumed years of headlines, cost millions in legal fees, and was used to try to destroy the 45th and 47th President of the United States is now collapsing under the weight of its own dishonesty.

Cohen shared in a Substack article that a lower court was ordered to reconsider whether the case belongs in state court or should be moved to federal court. The walls are closing in on Alvin Bragg and Letitia James not on Donald Trump.

TRUMP’S GREAT TRIUMPHAL ARCH: CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

America is getting its Arc de Triomphe and construction begins within weeks.

Breitbart confirmed Thursday that work will begin in the next two weeks on Trump’s planned 250-foot European-style triumphal arch in Washington DC modeled after the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and featuring gold accents. The arch is part of Trump’s sweeping legacy project to mark America’s 250th anniversary and leave a lasting imprint on the national capital.

The project joins a series of major DC improvements Trump is delivering including the White House East Wing expansion and ballroom, the Kennedy Center renovation, refurbishment of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and a new golf course in East Potomac Park. Trump is rebuilding America’s capital the way it deserves to look magnificent, powerful, and worthy of the greatest nation on earth.

THE MEDIA KEEPS GETTING TARIFFS WRONG

White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai sat down with Breitbart News at the G20 Finance Ministers meeting in Asheville and delivered a takedown of the media’s tariff coverage that every American needs to hear.

“We’ve heard for the past year and a half about how tariffs were gonna cause the next Great Depression,” Desai said. “The president would never be able to reshore our key supply chains and they’ve been proven wrong every step of the way.”

Desai added: “Reporters should be more focused on those results rather than continuing to entertain baseless hypothesizing about doomsday fantasies. President Trump is ending the broken status quo.”

The results speak for themselves. Manufacturing jobs up seven straight months. Record investment flowing into America. Supply chains coming home. The doom crowd was wrong about tariffs. They were wrong about everything.

DEMOCRATS FRACTURING JEFFRIES IN CRISIS

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is reportedly in serious trouble after two of his own Democrats Representatives Jared Golden of Maine and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington blindsided their caucus by voting with Republicans on a rule that saved the entire GOP September legislative agenda.

Some Democrats want them stripped of committee assignments. Others warn that punishing moderate members would backfire badly in competitive districts. Jeffries is caught between the socialist wing that wants blood and the moderates he needs to survive November.

Mike Johnson warned Jeffries directly as the Democrat divide over socialism deepens. This is a party at war with itself 60 days before an election they claimed they would win.

NYC UNDER MAMDANI: HATE CRIMES SURGE 15.8%

New York City just had its safest summer on record overall thanks to Trump’s deportation of illegal alien criminals. But under socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani hate crimes against Jewish New Yorkers have surged 15.8% from 367 in 2025 to 425 so far this year.

This is what happens when you elect a man like Mamdani. The left put him in charge of the greatest city in America. Now Jewish New Yorkers are paying the price. This contrast safer streets overall thanks to Trump’s policies but surging anti-Jewish hate under a socialist mayor tells you everything about the difference between America First governance and radical left governance.
