VP Vance Crushes it on the View!

Vice President JD Vance defended President Donald Trump over a comment he made about inflation.

Behar said, “President Trump has called affordability a hoax. He said that, not me. He’s pouring money into this ballroom of his and the reflecting pool don’t forget the Arch de Trump, I call it and a White House cage match. All these things, why is he doing them when everybody knows that Americans are struggling? And what is he spending all this money for?”

Vance said, “Well, I’ve got to defend the president on the hoax point. What the president said is the idea that Republicans caused the affordability problem is a hoax. And I think that’s true. If you go back to the Biden administration, inflation got up to 9% under the Biden administration, okay? Right now it’s at 3.5%.

By the way, too high we’re doing everything that we can to bring it back down to 2.5%, which is where most people would like to see it. But we inherited an affordability problem. We’re doing a lot to make it better. It’s going to take a little bit of time. There’s a lot more work to do. But the president knows that a lot of Americans are struggling. In fact, he ran on that. He talked about it. And we’ve done some things and made some good progress on that point.”

Trump at G7: Iran Deal Will Bring ‘A Lot of Success to the World - Strait of Hormuz to Fully Open Friday

“The deal’s all signed. And the Strait is already partially opened, as you know they’re doing a little hunting for a couple of mines that they’ve already found, but it’s essentially ships are starting to go out now; on Friday it will be completely opened,” Trump said.

Pence: Trump’s Iran Deal ‘Smacks of Appeasement’

Pence is a clown.

Former Vice President Mike Pence said President Donald Trump’s deal with Iran “smacks of appeasement.”

Pence said, “Iran has been at war with the United States, and our cherished ally Israel, for 47 years. And I strongly supported, the president’s decision for the first time in modern history to take the fight directly to the mullahs in Tehran last year. And then again, this year. And I do believe the president has earned some latitude in negotiating an end to hostilities. But I have very real concerns. I look like apparently an awful lot of people on this, I just don’t trust the Iranians. I’ve been quite close to those issues from my time in the White House, many briefings in the Situation Room, as well as my years on the Foreign Affairs Committee in the House. So I’ve been the Iranians, particularly with regard to their nuclear ambition, have essentially a legacy of lies.”

Pence is one of the worst VP’s ever, what a failure he has been!

Trump Says Iran Will Soon Be In ‘Rearview Mirror,’ Wants Sanctions Back On Russian Oil

Trump suggested the temporary easing of some sanctions on Russian oil could soon come to an end now that energy markets have stabilized following and an agreement with Iran has been reached.

“Soon we’ll be able to do that because the oil is now flowing,” Trump said. “We’re in a position to do that soon.” The comments mark one of the clearest indications yet that the administration is preparing to resume economic pressure on Moscow after spending much of the spring focused on preventing a broader regional war in the Middle East.

During the height of the Iran conflict, Washington eased certain restrictions on Russian oil shipments in an effort to keep global energy prices from spiraling upward. Oil markets have since calmed following the Gulf ceasefire and the reopening of shipping lanes through the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump told reporters that Iran would soon be “back in the rearview mirror,” allowing the administration to return its focus to ending the war in Ukraine.

The shift comes as European allies are dramatically increasing pressure on the Kremlin. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced a fresh round of sanctions targeting Russia’s energy sector, financial networks, and the so-called “shadow fleet” of vessels used to circumvent Western restrictions on oil and liquefied natural gas exports.

Hillary Clinton Throws Joe Biden Under The Bus

Hillary Clinton blasted former President Joe Biden for pursuing a second term, describing the campaign as a “terrible mistake.”

In a recent interview with New Yorker editor David Remnick, the failed 2016 presidential candidate expressed regret for throwing her support behind Biden, arguing that a competitive Democratic primary during the 2024 cycle would’ve ended the Trump era.

“We would have had a real contest,” Clinton said. “He made a terrible mistake. He made a terrible mistake for himself, his legacy, and for the country.”

“And very sadly, I believe whoever emerged from that contest, whether it was the vice president or a governor or a senator or anybody else, would have beaten Donald Trump,” she continued. “So I think it was a terrible miscalculation on the part of President Biden.”

Trump Wins Again: MAGA Candidate Runs Away With Georgia Senate Runoff

Georgia Republicans on Tuesday chose Rep. Mike Collins as their Senate nominee to face Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff in a race that could help determine control of the upper chamber.

With half of the results reported, Collins leads former Tennessee football coach Derek Dooley with 53.3% of the vote. Decision Desk HQ called the race at 8:05p.m. local time.

Collins and Dooley advanced to a runoff on May 22 after no candidate passed the 50% threshold, earning 40.5% and 30.2% of the vote, respectively.

The contest presented another test between the power of the MAGA movement and the Republican establishment, with President Donald Trump and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp once again at odds.
